We are currently filling the following permanent position for our client:

HR ASSISTANT (M/W/D)

YOUR TASKS

  • Coordinate and implement HR activities across KYB Europe GmbH headquarters and European subsidiaries, including recruitment support, onboarding, HR administration, performance management, employee engagement and exit processes
  • Monitor compliance with HR policies and labour regulations and contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and structures
  • Collect, consolidate and report HR data and statistics for all European locations (e.g. headcount, sickness rates, working hours, time tracking, employment contracts)
  • Act as a key contact for employees and European branches regarding general and specific HR matters
  • Prepare and coordinate labour-related agreements and HR documentation

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable HR-related qualification
  • Initial professional experience in a similar HR role or area of responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and a proactive, hands-on mindset
  • Professional and confident communication style with a strong interest in advancing HR topics and proficient in MS Office
  • Business fluent in German, English and Japanese (written and spoken) or native-level proficiency
