Senior Lawyer – Venture Capital / Corporate (m/f/d)

We’re working with a top-tier law firm that’s trusted by some of the leading players in private equity, venture capital, and high-growth sectors.

From day one, you’ll have direct contact with founders, funds, and decision-makers. Expect real responsibility – and the support to grow into a trusted advisor in your own right.

• Advising on M&A deals, particularly private equity and exit transactions
• Supporting venture capital investments: equity financings, convertibles, and secondaries
• Corporate transformations and reorganisations
• Capital markets work, stock corporation law, and IPO readiness
• Structuring employee participation schemes

• Strong academic background and both state exams completed with above average results
• Several years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably with exposure to PE/VC transactions
• Fluent German and confident English (spoken and written)
• Commercial mindset and a genuine interest in the start-up and investment ecosystem
• Team spirit, self-initiative, and the ability to take ownership of workstreams
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and contribute to a growing practice
