Our client is a major international player in aerospace, defense, and high-tech engineering, recognized for advanced propulsion systems and industrial excellence. In Belgium, they operate state-of-the-art facilities focused on manufacturing and testing components for civil and military aircraft engines.
We are seeking a Process Engineer to optimize production processes and support industrialization projects.

Aufgabengebiet

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for high-value components.
• Create and validate machining and assembly methods (turning, milling, welding).
• Define and optimize CNC programming and cutting tool strategies.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation: process sheets, routing, and work instructions.
• Support industrialization of new products and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues and ensure quality standards.
• Contribute to complex technical projects and provide clear reporting.

Anforderungsprofil

• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial environments (production, process, or methods engineering).
• Asset : Strong practical knowledge of machining, CNC programming, welding, and industrialization.
• Hands-on experience in production workshops (not purely design office).
• Excellent communication skills in French and English; other languages are a plus.
